Nicholas has been prioritizing mission and transformation for his entire career.
His background includes serving as both in-house and outside general counsel for large international charitable organizations, serving in executive and board roles for non-profits, serving on various investment committees for impact-seeking venture capital firms, and is currently a running a number of companies proving the concept of cause-based prudent investment.
In addition to supporting charitable work in 50+ countries, Nicholas has taught Nonprofit Law in a number of settings, served on the advisory teams of various faith-based networks as a subject matter expert in law, and is the founding attorney at B4TLaw and Idaho Nonprofit Law.
Nicholas has a deep love for Idaho and enjoys skiing, biking, fly-fishing, and backpacking.
